About the UNSTOPPABLE Me
I have thrived in the corporate world, successfully led a privately-owned business, owned a successful franchise for seven years, and managed a procurement consultancy company.
I’ve faced numerous failures, and I’m sure there are more to come. But it’s always worth giving it a shot.
Burnout, highs, and lows—I’ve experienced them all. But I’ve always learned and grown from these experiences.
I’ve been fortunate that every job I’ve had has been fulfilling for that stage of my life. Starting as a secretary at Reuters at 17, I pursued my degree while working, eventually becoming a procurement professional at Reuters and later Barclays, where I met my husband, Rob.
Leading teams has always been my passion, along with the adrenaline rush of a successful negotiation or managing a large programme – right up my alley. The more, the merrier!
However, juggling a demanding career with raising a young daughter proved challenging. Adding another child made balancing a high-flying job unsustainable, leading to burnout. Yes, that was me.
My Journey
I believe the Universe provides what you need at the right time.
This philosophy has guided my path—from the consultancy firm that Rob still runs (and where I occasionally lend a hand) to my journey with House of Colour, transitioning from franchise owner to Managing Director and leading the company out of the pandemic.
Now, I’m the UNSTOPPABLE GROWTH COACH, combining my professional experiences with extensive self-development in mindset, brain function, and belief systems to drive actions. I’m excited to share these insights with my clients.
Of course, the most important parts of my life are my husband Rob, our children Holly and Kai, and our two dogs: Harry (the King) and Rufus (mad as a box of frogs). We live in our pink house in the Essex countryside.
I now savour the simple pleasures, long walks with my dogs in the country, gardening, being on a boat by the sea, and enjoying my home filled with loved ones. It’s my happy place. Oh, and I do love a nice, flowy dress!
