My purpose is to gather like-minded, determined, action taking, creative women together because when we collaborate and truly support each other, we create an unstoppable shift in energy that is life changing.
With a history in financial services, procurement, leadership and having run a successful franchise and led a privately owned company as their UK Managing Director, I have the passion, experience, understanding and technical skills to really help my clients transform and focus on considered action.

I offer 1:1 & Group coaching either by Zoom or in my studio in Essex, overlooking the Essex countryside, along with running an action packed monthly ‘networking & coaching’ event for local business women.

I have thrived in the corporate world, successfully led a privately-owned business, owned a successful franchise for seven years, and managed a procurement consultancy company.
I’ve faced numerous failures, and I’m sure there are more to come. But it’s always worth giving it a shot. Burnout, highs, and lows – I’ve experienced them all. But I’ve always learnt and grown from these experiences.
